At Nourish Haus, we’re committed to delivering high-quality handcrafted products and exceptional service. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Please note that soaps, candles, diffusers, and custom products are non-returnable for change of mind.

  • Returns are only accepted if items are faulty, damaged during delivery, or incorrect due to our error.

Reporting a Fault

  • If your order is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide a photo and brief description of the issue via Contact Us or phone: 0493 329 395.

  • Once verified, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition (where applicable).

  • Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products like soaps and candles cannot be returned for any reason other than damage or fault.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • If you do not see the refund after this period, please contact your payment provider and then notify us so we can assist further.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom-made or personalised items—including custom candles, diffusers, and soaps—are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty. These are made specially for you and require confirmation before production.

Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping Australia-wide for orders over $75 (excluding grazing boxes).

  • Orders under $75 will be charged a flat-rate shipping fee $15, shown at checkout.

  • Once your order is dispatched, we are not liable for delays, damage, or lost parcels caused by third-party couriers.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your item is shipped.
