1. Products & Services

We offer handcrafted grazing boxes, natural soaps, soy candles, diffusers, and hampers. All products are made in small batches and may vary slightly in size, shape, and color due to their handmade nature.

2. Custom Orders

We offer custom orders for candles, diffusers, soaps, t-shirts, mugs, and cups.

  • A 50% deposit is required before production begins.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before pickup or dispatch.

  • Custom products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except if faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Dispatch timelines:

  • Custom soaps: up to 4 weeks to cure.

  • Custom candles and diffusers: dispatched within 3 business days.

  • Custom mugs and t-shirts: dispatched within 3 business days; longer for larger or bulk orders. The expected dispatch date will be confirmed at the time of order.

3. Allergens & Safety

  • All soaps require a patch test before use, even if made from natural ingredients. Individual reactions may vary.

  • Nourish Haus is not liable for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.

4. Dispatch & Delivery

  • In-stock items: dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom items: see Section 2 above for dispatch timelines.

Shipping Rates:

  • Free shipping Australia-wide for orders over $75 .Use code SHIPFREE at checkout.

  • Orders under $75 incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $15.

  • Pickup available from Kalkallo.

  • Once dispatched, delivery is handled by our courier. While we provide tracking, we cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party couriers.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

6. Returns & Refunds

Non-returnable items:

  • Soaps, candles, diffusers, and custom products cannot be returned for a change of mind, unless faulty, damaged during delivery, or incorrect due to our error.

Faulty or damaged items:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description via email or phone: hello@nourish.haus | 0493 329 395.

  • Approved refunds or replacements will be processed via your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable (where applicable).

  • Refunds or replacements are subject to verification of the defect or damage.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, images, and text on this site belong to Nourish Haus and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and only use your information to process orders and communicate with you. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.
